Miliana Shipmanagement Limited
The Company is involved in shipping operations, i.e. acquisitions of third party vessels (BBC) that are next chartered (TC) to its clients. The acquired vessels operating in the BBC formula are served and operated according to the ISM Code in cooperation with external contractors, which involves planning and supervision over current repairs, both class and between-class, arrangements of fleet insurance, purchases of fuel, and crewing. To serve its key account, LOTOS Petrobaltic, the only oil exploration and production company on the Polish Shelf of the Baltic Sea, Miliana Shipmanagement uses:
- standby rescue vessels,
- offshore supply vessels,
- special purpose vessels,
- oil tankers, and
- research vessels.
